Honesty

Honesty is the best policy.

Applaud to Muhammmad Asadujjaman, a 28 years old Bangladeshi taxi driver in New York, who had been so honest by returning a sum of money (more than US21 000) and expensive jewellery (worth few thousands).

He found the purse left by Italy tourists in his cab after dropping them off at Penn Station on Christmas Eve.

He opened the purse to look for the address and was not bother to count on the rolls of euros in the bag. This was something hard to resist but he managed to overcome the temptation.

What was more beautiful was his willingness to called his friend with a car and drove over 80km to a Long Island address that he found in the purse.

He reached the place but nobody was at home. He left his cellphone number and a note.

His phone rang a while later and he made another trip just to return the purse.

All he said was that his mother was his inspiration and followed his mother advise to be honest and work hard.

So, to all mothers out there, start to instill all positive values to youngsters and remind them from time to time as this is proven mechanism.

Credit to this 'good hearted' man for willingly take the hassle in returning the purse. He really makes his mother proud and happy...
