The idea of getting a new property has been lingering my husband's mind for quite sometimes since he switched job to a new work place.
The jam, toll and petrol funds are really buzzing him off. On the other hand, we have to weigh the needs versus our financial limitations and the kids needs.
We have surveyed the area nearer to his working place but none so far could match the property we are staying at the moment in terms of pricing and amenities like schools.
So, we have KIV the idea for a while and hopefully this article will help us and others to decide on the new ventures...
